A complex, lush wine made from grapes grown in the Fernhill area of Hawkes Bay that has the perfect climate for ripening Pinot Grigio. Showing fresh acidity and fine flavours of pear, peach and citrus, complemented by a hint of apricot and custard. Crisp and persistent on the finish, this wine has enough body to accompany seafood or pork dishes, but will also make a fine aperitif.
