Collecting an order from our Coquelles store

More and more customers are taking advantage of our fantastic pre-order service, where you order stock in advance and we have it ready and waiting. All our stores have a pre-order collection point - simply inform a member of staff when you arrive that you're collecting an order and they will bring you your wine on a trolley ready to pay and load in to the car!

Customs requirements mean that goods must be paid for in person at the time of collection - we cannot take payment in advance. We accept payment in Sterling, Euros, English cheques (supported by a valid cheque guarantee card), and credit/debit cards (Switch, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta and MasterCard).

Cheques and credit cards must be supported by a valid passport. Credit card transactions are in Euros at a rate set by your card issuer. The exchange rate we publish in-store applies to cash and cheque transactions only. Click here for more detailed information about payment and exchange rates.

Returns

We are happy to exchange or refund any product purchased at Majestic in France. Simply return them in saleable condition to any of our stores in France with your receipt. Please note that Majestic Wine stores in the UK cannot exchange or refund any product purchased in France.

Delivery in France

We can now offer delivery from our Calais Superstore to addresses in France. If you are living in France or simply visiting on holiday why not have your favourite wine delivered to your door?

Unlike Majestic's delivery service in the UK we use couriers to deliver wine to addresses in France. We simply pass the costs of the courier onto you. This cost varies depending on the distances and quantities involved so for further information please contact us on 01923 298 297 (00 44 1923 298 297 from France) with the delivery address in France along with the number of bottles required and we will provide you with a quote.

Delivery will be made within 7 days of receiving the payment details. Deliveries are carried out during working hours and we do recommend that someone is available to take delivery of the wine. If there is nobody present the courier will try again the next day, and if there is nobody present this time the wine will be held at the nearest courier depot to you for 7 days where it will be your responsibility to collect. If it remains uncollected the wine will be sent back to us and you will have to pay for re-delivery.

If any of the bottles have been broken during transit please do not accept delivery for the damaged case. The courier will return the case to us and we will send a replacement case out to you. Please check the wine when it arrives as we are unable to replace damaged goods after delivery has been signed for and accepted.

Deliveries can only be made within France - delivery is not available to the rest of Europe or the UK. For delivery in the UK see the main Majestic website.
