We all know it’s cheaper to buy your wine in France, but why and how much can you save? Well, it’s because you don’t pay UK duty which is £1.69 per bottle, or the VAT on that duty.

We’re guaranteeing £2 on still wine only and excluding Champagne for a simple reason – you’ll probably save much more than that! UK duty on sparkling wine is a whopping £2.16 ex vat; couple that with local French prices and savings off UK prices can be up to £20 per bottle!!
Please note spirits and beers are also excluded – tax on these products varies depending on alcohol content, so it’s difficult to guarantee. Not to worry though, our prices are always temptingly low.
With prices like ours, it won’t come as a shock that our customers buy in bulk for special events. To cater for this, we have a smaller range than Majestic but larger stock holdings of individual lines. We’re sorry we can’t carry the whole Majestic UK range, but rest assured we’ve handpicked the best of it!
